Job summary

SIG is seeking a Global Demand Planning Manager to lead the global demand planning process and drive forecast accuracy. The role will align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, while driving ML-based forecasting adoption across regions and leveraging SAP IBP capabilities.

You will collaborate with IT, Data Science, SAP consultants, and external vendors to implement advanced forecasting solutions, develop governance processes and dashboards for decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Statistics or Data Analytics).
• 5–7 years of demand planning or IBP experience in a global or multi-regional context.
• Hands-on SAP IBP Demand Planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the global demand planning process.
• Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Implement ML forecasting adoption and manage regional improvement roadmaps.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support business decisions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
