Korn Ferry has partnered with our client to recruit an experienced Compliance Governance & Risk Assurance Lead. The role focuses on policy governance, risk assessment, assurance activities and the adoption of innovative technologies within compliance.

The incumbent will own global policy frameworks, collaborate with global stakeholders, and drive governance initiatives across multinational units. Strong experience in compliance governance and AI-enabled solutions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in compliance, risk, or governance roles.
• Experience in complex multinational regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to develop and govern policies and standards.
• Strong analytical, writing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the global Compliance Policy Framework and governance processes.
• Coordinate development, review, and publication of policies and standards.
• Partner with SMEs to align policies with regulatory requirements and business goals.
• Drive policy governance consistency across international units.
• Manage the policy lifecycle with reviews, version control, and engagement.
• Support enhancement of the Compliance Risk & Assurance Framework.
• Maintain control inventories, obligation registers, and governance docs.
• Assess risks, evaluate effectiveness of controls, and report findings.
• Prepare management reporting on risks, controls, and assurance outcomes.
• Promote responsible AI use to improve compliance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams on AI-driven solutions.
