Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI solution design translating business problems into architectures (LLM decision, RAGs, fine-tuning, agents).
• Build end-to-end GenAI apps: data ingestion, retrieval, orchestration, API/backend, UI as needed.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines with vector DBs, hybrid search, rerankers, evaluation frameworks.
• Model selection, prompting strategies, and fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT) for text, code, and multimodal models.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and full-stack developers on scalable architectures.
