Job summary

Lingaro is seeking a Data Scientist to join the DS&AI Competency Center. You will work on end-to-end GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs and NLP, building data ingestion, retrieval layers, orchestration, APIs, and UI components as needed.

You will design RAG pipelines, perform model selection and fine-tuning, and integrate LLM interactions with external tools using MCP connectors. A strong business understanding will guide metric definitions and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in deep learning concepts.
• Experience with Generative AI (NLP/LLM) and multimodal models.
• Proficient in Python; SQL and vector databases knowledge.
• Cloud expertise: Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience with MCP servers/clients for LLM agents.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end GenAI applications (chatbots, Talk-to-Data systems).
• Design and implement RAG pipelines with vector databases and hybrid search.
• Model selection, prompting strategies, and fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT).
• Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, and data sources via MCP connectors.
• Translate business needs into technical goals with success metrics.
• Support project delivery and pre-sales initiatives.
