Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior GCP Data Engineer to design and build data platforms using Google Cloud technologies. You will work on advanced data pipelines and modern warehousing with BigQuery, collaborating with global teams on international projects.

You will apply SQL or Python, contribute to data modeling, and support agile DevOps practices to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Data Engineering
• 2 years of experience in Big Data using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proficient in SQL and/or Python
• Background in data warehousing, data pipelines, distributed data processing, software engineering components and data modeling concepts
• Analytical problem-solving skills in a big data environment
• Experience with structured, semi-structured and unstructured data
• Strong experience with relational and non-relational storage concepts
• Strong knowledge of Data Marts, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Data Mesh
• Very good English (verbal and written)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD principles
