EY GDS Poland is seeking data engineering professionals who love working with data and helping clients unlock insights using automated, scalable solutions on cloud platforms.

As part of our global team, you will design robust data solutions on GCP with BigQuery, enabling fast, reliable business decisions.

The role is hybrid in Poland (Wrocław/Katowice): 2 days in office and 3 days remote, with collaboration across engineers, product managers and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Data Engineering area.
• 1 year of experience in Big Data using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficient in SQL and/or Python.
• Understanding of databases, data warehouses, data lakes.
• Strong background in building data pipelines, distributed data processing and data modeling concepts.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in big data environments.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Experience in using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Design robust data solutions on state-of-the-art data engines such as GCP, and modern data warehousing solutions BigQuery.
• Collaborate with engineers, product/project managers, and partners from all over the world.
