Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and build data platforms that enable clients and partners to make informed decisions. You will work with Databricks and modern data warehousing technologies to deliver robust data solutions across global projects.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers and partners worldwide, applying SQL, Python, Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices to drive scalable data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands‑on Databricks experience.
• 3+ years in Big Data.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Background in data warehousing, data pipelines, distributed processing and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build data platforms enabling clients and partners to make informed decisions.
• Design robust data solutions using Databricks and modern warehousing technologies (e.g., Synapse, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and cultures.
