Job summary

IndieBI is building a team to maximize revenue growth for our clients in the PC and Console game industry. You’ll research, optimize, and develop tools, translating complex data into actionable insights for game developers and publishers.

You will analyze customer data, collaborate with GameDev Consultants, and present findings in clear formats while expanding into long-form reports and white papers. Remote-first with Poland headquarters, competitive salary, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on analytical role experience in the gaming industry.
• Ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
• Strong SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting; capable of visualising data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer-specific data to generate business insights.
• Collaborate with GameDev Consultants to ensure context is understood.
• Present findings in documents, dashboards, or summaries.
• Identify and escalate data quality, tooling or process inefficiencies.
• Write case studies and internal documentation to share knowledge.
• Participate in client calls when deeper explanation is needed.
• Contribute to standardization of analytical outputs across the Partner Program.
• Proactively monitor anomalies or inefficiencies in customer operations.
• Propose improvements and document them clearly.
