Job summary

Ten Square Games is seeking a Data Scientist in the R&D team to transform player data into insights that shape future games. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to design experiments, build pipelines, and deliver actionable recommendations.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days in Wroclaw, 2 days remote), leveraging Python, SQL, and BI tools to drive data-driven decisions in a growing mobile gaming company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
• Proficient Python and libraries; writing clean, reusable code; Git version control.
• Working knowledge of SQL (Postgres/Vertica).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical problems and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to improve gaming experiences.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards.
• Set KPIs and run A/B tests to optimize game metrics.
• Present findings to product management and stakeholders.
