Reality Games Polska Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights for game design and monetization.

This full-time, in-office role reports to the Head of Analytics. You will build data pipelines, model data, work with SQL (BigQuery), scrape web data, and collaborate with designers and engineers to create data-driven solutions for Free-to-Play mobile games. Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/JS/Java/R/Scala).
• Experience with web scraping or consuming data from REST APIs.
• Experience with BigQuery SQL.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex data.
• At least 2 years of experience in data modeling and simulations for Free-to-Play mobile games.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model data to provide actionable insights for game design and monetization strategies.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, and work with large datasets to derive meaningful patterns.
• Collaborate with game designers and engineers to create data-driven solutions.
• Perform web scraping and interact with REST APIs to collect and consume data.
• Work with BigQuery SQL to query and manipulate game data for analysis.
• Design and run simulations to support the development of Free-to-Play mobile games.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
