At IndieBI we are building business intelligence tools to help developers and publishers of PC and Console games manage their commercial operations more efficiently. This role focuses on maximizing revenue growth potential for clients through research, optimization, and tool development, while supporting a dedicated account‑management team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer‑specific data to generate insights that support business decisions.
- Collaborate with GameDev Consultants to deliver insights and ensure understanding of their full context.
- Identify and elevate issues related to data quality, tooling, or process inefficiencies.
- Write case studies, internal documentation, and share knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in client calls when deeper explanation of insights is needed.
- Contribute to the standardization of analytical outputs across the Partner Program.
- Proactively monitor and report anomalies or inefficiencies in customer operations.
- Document processes and findings in a structured, clear manner.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience in an analytical role within the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding and passion for empowering game developers.
- Proficiency with SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with visualization tools.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex ideas plainly.
- Statistical knowledge (forecasting and modeling not required).
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy, spotting data anomalies, and process inefficiencies.
- Independent, proactive, and resourceful problem‑solver.
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
Preferred
- Knowledge of online game distribution platforms for PC and consoles.
- Strong presentation skills.
