Job summary

Techland is seeking a seasoned UI programmer to implement and iterate UI for its latest games. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, artists and gameplay teams to deliver responsive interfaces and immersive player experiences.

You will own complex UI systems, extend our proprietary UI framework, and optimize UI code for cross‑platform performance. Mentoring colleagues and sharing best practices will also be part of your role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of game dev experience focused on UI.
• Excellent knowledge of C++ and cross‑platform profiling.
• Proven ability to work closely with UX/UI designers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, artists, and gameplay teams to implement and iterate UI features.
• Own and drive development of complex UI systems.
• Extend our UI framework and tools for content creation.
• Debug and optimize UI code for performance, responsiveness, and stability.
• Mentor and support other programmers, sharing best practices.
