Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Banking, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or MIS preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in systems or business analysis across the SDLC.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery for complex initiatives and define scope and objectives.
• Produce and maintain business and functional requirements, use cases, data-flow diagrams, and traceability.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to address non-functional and data requirements.
• Define testing approaches, coordinate UAT, and ensure quality delivery.
• Guide delivery teams, assess impacts, and manage changes and risk.
