Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in Poland is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead FX post-trade workflows within Workspace applications. You will identify customer needs, shape priorities, and deliver scalable post-trade capabilities across pre-trade, at-trade and post-trade processes.

The role requires strong FX post-trade knowledge, agile delivery, and collaboration with global teams to drive adoption, measure success, and continuously improve product experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FX post-trade product management.
• Deep understanding of post-trade lifecycle and workflows.
• Experience with STP, reconciliation and surveillance.
• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery with backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmap for FX post-trade workflows and Workspace applications.
• Drive workflow innovation and scalability across the post-trade lifecycle.
• Align priorities with business goals while owning scope, prioritisation and delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX and Delivery to define requirements and lead agile execution.
• Lead discovery with clients and stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities.
• Manage product backlogs, epics and user stories across squads.
• Ensure connectivity across pre-trade, at-trade and post-trade workflows.
• Support integrated workflow solutions including trade affirmation and surveillance.
• Partner on go-to-market readiness and customer adoption feedback loops.
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive improvement.
• Communicate roadmap progress to senior stakeholders.
