Job summary

KUBO is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our hybrid team in Wrocław. You will own end-to-end development, from database design to APIs and admin dashboards, combining Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) with React or Vue.

You’ll work on tools for connected devices, customer data and day-to-day operations, with 2-3 days in the office and a strong emphasis on clean code, testing and documentation. Salary ranges reflect B2B and standard employment variants in PLN.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong Python skills with Django, FastAPI, Flask or similar backend framework.
• Commercial experience with React, Vue or another modern frontend framework.
• Experience working with MySQL and basic knowledge of Redis.
• Ability to design REST APIs and build integrations with external systems.
• Experience with Docker and Git and at least one cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong focus on clean code, testing, documentation and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and build REST APIs and backend business logic using Python and Django, FastAPI, Flask or similar frameworks.
• Build and improve user interfaces using React, Vue or a similar frontend framework.
• Develop admin panels, dashboards and other internal or customer-facing tools.
• Work closely with the backend team on integrations and shared services.
• Improve application performance on frontend and backend.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create automated tests.
• Take ownership of features from design through release and improvements.
