Job summary

KUBO is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our hybrid team in Wrocław. You will own end-to-end development, from database design to APIs and admin dashboards, combining Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) with React or Vue.

You’ll work on tools for connected devices, customer data and day-to-day operations, with 2-3 days in the office and a strong emphasis on clean code, testing and documentation. Salary ranges reflect B2B and standard employment variants in PLN.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong Python skills with Django, FastAPI, Flask or similar backend framework.
• Commercial experience with React, Vue or another modern frontend framework.
• Experience working with MySQL and basic knowledge of Redis.
• Ability to design REST APIs and build integrations with external systems.
• Experience with Docker and Git and at least one cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong focus on clean code, testing, documentation and code reviews.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who combines strong Python backend skills with frontend experience in React or Vue and enjoys delivering complete features from start to finish.

You will work on products used by retail customers, building tools that support connected devices, customer data and day-to-day operations. This role is for someone who wants to own the full development process: from database design and business logic to APIs and user-facing interfaces such as admin panels and reseller dashboards. The team is working in hybrid model of work: 2-3 days from the office in Wrocław.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build REST APIs and backend business logic using Python and Django, FastAPI, Flask or similar frameworks.
• Build and improve user interfaces using React, Vue or a similar frontend framework.
• Develop admin panels, dashboards and other internal or customer-facing tools for managing devices and customer data.
• Work closely with the backend team on integrations, shared services and common platform components.
• Improve application performance across both the frontend and backend.
• Design and maintain integrations with external systems.
• Work with relational and non-relational data stores, including MySQL and Redis.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
• Create automated tests, take part in code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards.
• Take ownership of features from initial technical design through development, release and ongoing improvements.
• At least 4–5 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, Flask or a similar backend framework.
• Commercial experience with React, Vue or another modern frontend framework.
• Experience working with MySQL and basic knowledge of non-relational databases, especially Redis.
• Ability to design REST APIs and build integrations with external systems.
• Experience with Docker and Git.
• Experience using at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Strong focus on clean code, testing, code reviews and technical documentation.
• Technical university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• English at minimum B2 level, allowing comfortable day-to-day communication.
• Openness to hybrid work from the office (2-3 days per week) - it is important because the whole team is based in Wrocław.

Conditions

• Work model: hybrid in Wrocław (2-3 days per week)
• Employment type: B2B or Contract of employment - it is up to you! You will be hired directly by customer, it is not outsourcing model.
• Salary: for B2B: 22 500 - 28 000 net/month, for Contract of employment: 18 000 - 23 000 PLN gross/month
