Job summary

JobCubby is seeking a Senior Software Consultant to own end-to-end solutions from business requirements through development to production support. You will work in an agile team of 4-6 engineers with a dedicated product owner, delivering iterative value while maintaining system stability.

You'll apply strong Python backend skills (Django/Flask/FastAPI), cloud basics, and a hands-on approach to testing, containerization, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python.
• Backend fundamentals: microservices, API design, service integration.
• Experience with Flask / FastAPI / Django.
• Cloud/DevOps basics: containers and CI/CD; cloud environments (Azure/GCP/AWS).
• English communication; ability to work with local and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end solutions from business requirements through development to production support.
• Work in an Agile team with a product owner; deliver iteratively to production.
• Participate in analysis, development, testing, and production support.
• Ensure product stability with ongoing production support and debt balancing.
