Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join a cross-functional Agile team. You will design and implement scalable Java back-ends with Spring Boot and modern front-ends using Angular.

You will work in a hybrid model across Poland, with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and a focus on secure coding practices. The role emphasizes collaboration with product owners, architects, and security experts to deliver reliable, scalable card services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of Angular and Angular Material.
• Experience with Kafka and SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins/CI/CD.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, OWASP principles, and experience with security vulnerability remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Full Stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, and SQL.
• Develop and enhance microservices and REST APIs, following clean code and software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, incidents, and production issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and apply secure coding practices based on OWASP principles.
• Support CI/CD processes and software delivery using Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Security Specialists, and Operations teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, technical documentation, and the adoption of AI-powered development and automation tools.
