BEC Financial Technologies is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build customer-facing digital banking features for Mobile and Netbank. You’ll own multi-layer development, mentor peers, and help shape architecture in an agile product team.

The role combines frontend and backend tasks, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability, in a hybrid office/remote setup and close collaboration with product owners, UX designers, and architects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in frontend development (3+ in Angular, latest versions).
• Experience with micro frontends or hybrid apps architecture.
• Experience with complex Angular applications, components, modules, services, rxjs, observables, signals.
• Experience with ngrx and state management.
• Experience setting and managing nx/nrwl, npm, Node.js.
• Experience with Java REST APIs and Spring / Spring Boot.
• Strong collaboration and communication in agile environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Processing bank requirements with business analysts to translate into feasible development tasks.
• The whole development lifecycle: technical analysis, design, development, testing and release.

You will join our Digital Banking 2.0 Initiative in Digital Channels Domain. The Digital Banking Team is in charge of implementation of new functionalities in Netbank and Mobile Banking application. This is an opportunity to work on BEC’s most customer-facing digital products, delivering modern Mobile Banking solutions used every day by thousands of end users. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in an agile product team, driving the development and delivery of customer-facing digital banking solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital banking in Denmark by building high-quality features that directly impact the daily experience of thousands of end users.

You will take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from understanding business needs and functional requirements to designing robust technical solutions and ensuring they meet critical non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Working across both frontend and backend tasks, you will contribute to implementing new Mobile Banking functionalities, but also continuous platform improvements, incident resolution and others.

Beyond hands-on development, you will act as a technical leader within the team, conducting code reviews, mentoring less experienced developers, promoting engineering best practices, and helping shape architectural decisions. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Architects, and other engineering teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions that create lasting value for customers and the business.

We are looking for someone who combines excellent coding skills with a holistic product and delivery mindset, understands the bigger picture, and can translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable, and user-centric solutions.

At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month for now, but we will expect that this will be changed to 80% in office. Your direct manager will be Head of Development Digital Bank Team Marcin Niedbała .

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Processing bank requirements together with business analysts to transform customers requirements into feasible development tasks, balancing functional and non-functional
• requirements
• The whole development lifecycle: from technical analysis of stories and bugs, technical design, to development, dev testing and release;
• Driving end-to-end delivery of new features, from analysis and design through development, testing, release, and support.
• Acting as a trusted technical contributor, driving engineering excellence, code quality, and successful delivery outcomes across the team.

To succeed you will have:

• 5+ experience in Front end development(3+ in Angular preferably latest versions)
• Experience working with micro frontends or hybrid apps architecture (at least one is a must)
• Experience with complex Angular applications, components, modules, services, rxjs,
• observables, signals
• Experience working with ngrx and state management
• Experience setting and managing nx/nrwl, npm, Node.js
• Experience working with Java REST APIs
• Technical experience with Spring or Spring Boot
• Passion for building stable and secure applications
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, ability to work effectively with technical and business teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional and constructive dialogue with PO’s, BA’s, UX Designers, and Management
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and drive deliveries
