Job summary

Productiv Team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build and evolve an AI-powered development environment using Kiro or similar platforms. You will implement core components, reusable frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud-native apps.
• Experience building developer platforms, internal tools, or platform engineering solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver rapid prototypes, MVPs, or innovation initiatives.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing (unit/integration/e2e).
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools or agentic AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve AI-powered development environment components using Kiro or similar platforms.
• Implement multi-agent workflows for requirements, design, code generation, testing, and documentation.
• Develop MVPs and proofs of concept with Product and Design teams.
• Turn business requirements into user stories, designs, UI prototypes, and working apps.
• Write clean, well-tested, documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks and architecture governance.
