Close is seeking a seasoned frontend engineer to drive AI-powered UI enhancements and agent-driven experiences within its Growth team. You’ll design experiments, instrument metrics, and ship features across onboarding, activation, billing, and data-integration workflows.

Expect ownership, rapid learning, and collaboration with product and design to deliver customer value. We value builders who ship fast, standardize once learning lands, and enjoy collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Seasoned frontend engineer with React in production.
• Strong grasp of experimentation and analytics.
• Experience implementing AI-powered UI features and structured experiments.
• Familiarity with B2B metrics and Amplitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build agent-forward onboarding UI and ensure a trainer-like experience.
• Turn inbox data into a CRM-friendly unstructured-data workflow.
• Design experiments, define funnels, and instrument metrics end-to-end in Amplitude.
• Collaborate across onboarding, activation, billing, and import surfaces.
• Move quickly from prototypes to scalable features while learning from users.
• Maintain ownership and autonomy within a growing frontend team.
• Touch the full app and help shape team workflows.
