Job summary

Leadtech is seeking a Senior AI Frontend Engineer to lead frontend work end-to-end, from ideation to launch and scale. You will build UX-focused interfaces, integrate AI features, and own the component library and design system.

You will prototype quickly, optimize for conversion, and work on landing pages, checkout flows, and paywalls. A strong emphasis on analytics, experiments, and data-driven iteration will guide product decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend engineering with deep TypeScript and React proficiency.
• Strong sense of UX/UI; able to articulate typography, spacing and motion in design tools (Figma).
• Experience designing systems, accessible layouts, and responsive interfaces while optimizing performance.
• AI-native mindset: integrate AI features by default and build automation/skills.
• Experience with conversion-focused sites, landing pages, and understanding A/B testing.
• Backend familiarity: Node.js/Express and REST endpoints when needed.

Responsibilities

• Take new products from ideation to launch and scale, owning frontend features end-to-end.
• Prototype quickly to validate concepts with real users.
• Scale successful features, optimize performance, and expand scope.
• Own frontend architecture, component library, and design system.
• Design and build high-converting pages, checkout flows, and paywalls.
• Introduce AI-enabled enhancements and internal tooling to speed up development.
• Instrument features, run experiments, analyze funnels, and iterate based on data.
