Job summary

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform and seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer to shape architecture and payment journeys for consumers and merchants. You will own frontend performance, security, and scale within a modern, AI-driven engineering environment in Poland. Hybrid work includes 1 day weekly in Warsaw or Cracow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building modern frontend applications.
• Proficiency with React, Vue, or Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and implementing microfrontend architectures.
• Experience building and maintaining automated end-to-end tests using Playwright or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, profiling and bundle analysis.
• Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, feature flags, and progressive delivery approaches.
• Active use of AI tools to improve development efficiency and quality.
• Excellent English communication (B2 level or higher).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microfrontend architecture across payment products and services.
• Own performance engineering and continuously improve Core Web Vitals for consumer and merchant apps.
• Participate in full development lifecycle from requirements to release.
• Integrate frontend with backend services using GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Implement real-time user experiences using Server-Sent Events and similar tech.
• Develop secure payment-related user interfaces following industry standards.
• Contribute to frontend tooling, developer experience, and modern engineering workflows.
