Job summary

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up, delivering scalable payment experiences for consumers and merchants in a fast-growing fintech ecosystem. We’re assembling a lean, AI-native engineering team in Poland and seek a Senior Frontend Engineer to help shape architecture and product UX.

You will design microfrontends, optimize Core Web Vitals, and collaborate across teams in a hybrid setup, with 1 day per week in Warsaw or Kraków offices. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building modern frontend applications
• Hands-on experience with React, Vue, or Angular and TypeScript
• Experience designing and implementing microfrontend architectures
• Experience building and maintaining automated end-to-end tests using Playwright or similar
• Understanding of frontend performance, Core Web Vitals, profiling, and bundle analysis
• Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, feature flags, and progressive delivery
• Active use of AI tools to improve development efficiency and quality
• English at B2 level or higher

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing microfrontend architecture across payment products and services
• Owning performance engineering and improving Core Web Vitals across apps
• Participating in full development lifecycle from requirements to release
• Building integrations with backend services using GraphQL and REST APIs
• Implementing real-time user experiences with Server-Sent Events
• Developing secure payment-related user interfaces following industry best practices
• Contributing to frontend tooling and developer experience
