Zusammenfassung

InPost Pay, part of InPost Group, is building a fintech platform from the ground up in Poland. This role offers a chance to shape architecture, scale core components, and contribute to a regulated fintech environment with AI-native tooling.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will design and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability across Payments Core, Merchant, and Consumer platforms, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager. Hybrid work in Warsaw/Cracow.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform/SRE, or Infra Engineering.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and production containerized workloads.
• Strong CI/CD platforms and deployment automation experience.
• Practical experience with IaC tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Observability, monitoring, logging, and incident management expertise.
• Security best practices for cloud-native apps and infra.
• Experience with databases and messaging systems in production.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration across teams.
• English proficiency at B2 or above
• Degree in CS/IT or related field

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, networking configurations, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Build and improve CI/CD processes to support fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure platform reliability.
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of operational practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment standards, platform stability, and operational excellence.
• Implement security best practices, including secrets management, access control, and infrastructure hardening.
• Contribute to infrastructure documentation, technical standards, and operational runbooks.
• Support cloud cost optimization initiatives and infrastructure performance improvements.
• Participate in technical reviews and share knowledge across engineering teams
