Job summary

Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency is required.
• Good command of English is required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or order management.
• SAP or ERP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders in the system with accuracy.
• Monitor order status and follow up with customers for updates and issues.
• Coordinate communication between sales, supply chain, factory, and pricing teams.
• Process invoices, credits/debits, and non-technical complaints.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with warehouses and transport providers.
