Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to lead the Group’s financial planning and performance management. You will own monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, providing clear insights to management.

You will collaborate with Finance across functions to ensure accuracy and drive automation, leveraging AI to streamline reporting and drive business impact. Hybrid/remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, multi-entity/global
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel; FP&A planning/consolidation tools experience
• Experience with workforce planning and labor cost driver analysis
• Proven ability to present complex analyses to VP-level stakeholders in a remote environment
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to manage deliverables independently
• Collaborates to simplify processes and leverage tech/AI in finance

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly actuals close, forecast, budget, and long-range planning cycles
• Coordinate and consolidate monthly forecasts and annual budget across units
• Prepare executive/board financial presentations and dashboards
• Drive labor cost analytics and headcount metrics
• Own automation and process improvements in financial reporting
• Partner with Finance teams (Accounting, Tax, Treasury) to ensure data accuracy
• Model strategic plans and support 5-year long-range planning
