Job summary

Solenis in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for assigned functions and business units. You will analyze monthly and quarterly results, prepare management reporting, build financial models, and partner with leaders to drive informed decision-making in a hybrid work setup with occasional office visits.

The ideal candidate holds a finance degree, 7+ years in FP&A, strong Excel and BI skills (OneStream/Power

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, financial planning, or business analysis.
Fluent in English with strong communication of complex financial information.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for functions and units.
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results with insights into drivers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc analyses and reports.
Act as a trusted finance partner to leaders, providing actionable insights.
Drive financial accountability through regular business reviews with stakeholders.
Develop reporting materials for leaders, Global Finance, CEO, and Board.
Build financial models to support initiatives, investment decisions, and scenarios.
Coordinate improvements to budgeting and planning processes.
