Job summary

Primient in Łódź, Poland, is seeking a Financial Analyst, Finance Operations to support budgeting, variance analysis, and month-end reporting. The role collaborates with senior management to ensure accurate performance views.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance and/or Accounting or related
• Min. 2 years in Accounting/Finance roles, preferably Plant Finance Accounting
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis is beneficial
• Fluent English is a must; SAP and EPM knowledge required/advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective month-end reporting processes
• Provide analysis and oversight of manufacturing process performance
• Participate in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Prepare management presentations and management packs
• Build financial databases by identifying sources of information and ensuring data integrity
• Improve and simplify FP&A processes
• Offer decision support through data and sensitivity analyses
• Collaborate with senior management to accurately reflect business performance
• Handle varied FP&A requests and manufacturing performance analyses
• Support the implementation of the new EPM system
• Drive continuous improvements to systems and processes for best practice and efficiency
• Liaise with internal and external customers
