Job summary

Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Business Finance Competency Center. You will partner with stakeholders, deliver high-quality financial insights, and support monthly closings with a focus on accuracy and value-added commentary.

You will combine strong analytical skills with relationship management to drive continuous improvement in financial processes and service delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Previous FP&A/controlling/financial audit or accounting experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders at various levels.
• High attention to detail and ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Advanced Excel, SAP/Oracle experience and BI tools aptitude.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform orders, sales and P&L analysis vs prior year, forecasting and targets.
• Prepare dashboards with insights and commentary for management.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and granular financial data for business needs.
• Contribute to business review preparations and leadership decisions.
• Ensure proper master data maintenance.
• Support FP&A processes improvement, digitalization and change projects.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Oversee service partner responsibilities and performance monitoring.
