Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a Senior Finance Planning & Performance Leading Controller to drive financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across Enabling Functions, Global Marketing, Business Development and Commercial Operations. You will partner with senior stakeholders and influence key business decisions through insightful analysis and long-term planning.

The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and contributing to global Finance strategy, with a focus on translating data

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in controlling, finance or accounting in an international environment.
Experience in financial controlling, business partnering and supporting senior stakeholders in a complex international environment.
Proven ability to influence senior executives and business decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholder management experience.
Ability to translate data and risk into timely recommendations.
Coaching and mentoring junior finance colleagues.
University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualifications advantageous.
Fluent English (C1).

Responsibilities

Drive financial planning, performance management and strategic decision support across multiple business units.
