Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Senior Financial Planning, Controllership & Reporting Analyst to support the FPCRA organization across the full finance cycle, from actuals through forecast and outlook. You will combine planning, reporting, and performance analytics to provide timely information for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; professional certifications like ACCA/CPA/CIMA are an advantage.
• 5 years of experience in financial controlling and planning within multinational companies.
• Experience in finance analysis, planning & forecasting, or controllership roles.
• Knowledge of P&L and balance sheet; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exposure to FP&A tools, ERP systems, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close by reviewing results, variances, and balance sheet movements.
• Perform analytical reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of actuals.
• Support documentation, reconciliations, and evidence for controls and audits.
