Job summary

Lundbeck Krakow GBS is seeking a Senior Finance Planning & Performance Leading Controller for PDS and R&D to serve as a senior finance expert and trusted partner to Executive Management across global functions. You will lead financial planning, performance management and strategic decision support, while coaching junior finance staff and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in controlling, finance or accounting in international environment.
• Proven experience in financial controlling, business partnering and senior stakeholder support.
• Strong track record partnering with executives and influencing decisions in international context.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to translate data into sound, timely, decision-useful recommendations.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior finance roles through knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities
