Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków, part of the Global Shared Services, is seeking a Process Specialist to drive end-to-end process excellence across finance and related domains.

You will design and implement transformation roadmaps, govern process design with KPIs, collaborate with OpCos, HGSS and Global Functions, enable value through data-driven improvement, drive governance, and ensure scalable, compliant processes. Strong analytical skills, SAP knowledge, and effective stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting or Management.
• 5+ years in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO.
• 3+ years in Finance function related to process design and documentation.
• Fluency in English; another European language is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and process governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy roadmap for transformation initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end process excellence and productivity through standardization.
• Share and preserve process knowledge.
• Drive transformation and continuous measurement/improvement of process performance.
• Process design: contribute to standard designs and KPIs/PPIs.
• Stakeholder management with OpCos, HGSS and Global Functions.
• Business partnering to propose improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operating metrics to identify improvement initiatives.
• Governance and adoption of new processes; ensure policy alignment.
