Job summary

LevelBlue, LLC. in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead annual budgeting, monthly analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc work. This role reports to the Director of FP&A and collaborates with leaders across functions; some travel and remote-friendly hybrid work are available.

Requirements include 5+ years in finance/analytics, advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and knowledge of NetSuite, SQL and Salesforce. Strong communication and time-management skills are a must.

Qualifications

5+ years in financial or analytical roles.
Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting.
Provide ad hoc financial analyses for leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting.
Maintain KPI metrics and variance analysis dashboards.
Prepare cash position and supporting reports.
