Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Commercial Finance Controller for Poland. You will partner with Sales, Revenue Growth Management and Demand Planning to prepare financial proposals, verify assumptions and share data-driven recommendations.

You will also manage month-end close coordination with a third-party provider and drive accuracy in forecasting. The role requires 7–8 years in Finance within FMCG or retail, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years in Finance.
• Strong understanding of FMCG or retail commercial environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and financial systems; SAP Analytics Cloud a plus.
• SAP 4 HANA experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and Polish in written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted Finance Business Partner to Sales/ Revenue Growth Management / Demand Planning.
• Prepare financial proposals, verify assumptions and share recommendations.
• Support delivery of objectives and ensure integrity and timeliness of systems, reporting and forecasting.
• Manage a third-party service provider during month closing and rolling forecast.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance drivers and translate insights into recommendations.
• Support projects to improve efficiencies and promote continuous improvement.
