Job summary

Sonova Group is seeking a Senior Analyst in Group FP&A to join the Management Reporting team. You will contribute to accurate, timely, and insight-driven reporting across Group Leadership, Regions, and Business Units, and drive standardization and efficiency in reporting processes.

You’ll develop scalable reporting solutions, actionable dashboards, and enhanced analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of finance experience in a major international company.
Highly proficient in Excel.
Experience building large-scale databases using multiple data sources (ERPs tools, databases, data warehouses, reporting and BU tools).
Analytical, conceptual, self-starter with strong communication skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English (min. B2).

Responsibilities

Support the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Ensure consistency in KPIs, definitions, and reporting standards across geographies and functions.
Build and maintain dashboards highlighting key performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
Contribute to standardized reporting templates and processes across the Group.
Harmonize data structures, reporting logic, and performance indicators.
Support ad hoc reporting requests and deep dives.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to deploy scalable solutions.
