GSK is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist – Global Alliances & Licensing to join the GSK Finance Hub – Europe in Poznań. The role focuses on complex licensing contracts, month-end close, and SOX controls while partnering with stakeholders across Finance and other functions.

The candidate will develop financial reporting skills, support transformation initiatives (SAC/S/4HANA), and drive standardisation in cross-functional teams. Hybrid work with 2–3 days on-site in Poznań.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–4+ years’ finance and accounting experience in a corporate environment, including SOX.
• Deep expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting concepts.
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA) and SAP Analytics Cloud or similar planning systems.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills in English (C1).

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end/period-end processes and royalties accruals.
• Ensure SOX controls and financial reporting to third parties.
• Prepare budgets for royalty rates, income, expenses and payables.
• Produce cash flow reporting and variance explanations.
• Support SAP Analytics Cloud and S/4HANA reporting projects.
