Job summary

Pepco in Poznań seeks a senior finance professional to own the group consolidation process and ensure timely statutory reporting across Polish entities. You will collaborate with auditors and internal teams to maintain high-quality financial statements.

The role requires 7–10 years in large firms, IFRS/Polish GAAP knowledge, and strong English skills. Hybrid work with on-site days in Poznań is offered.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in large, complex businesses with strong financial reporting and consolidation background.
• University degree in Accounting/Financial reporting; professional qualifications required (CIMA/ ACCA/ PIBR).
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) and knowledge of IFRS and Polish GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own the process underlying the preparation of the financial Pepco sub consolidation for the Group.
• Ensure annual statutory accounts of Polish entities and monthly reporting for all Pepco entities.
