Job summary

State Street Corp in Kraków is seeking a Finance Reporting professional to prepare and review interim and annual financial statements for investment funds across multiple jurisdictions. You will guide junior staff and ensure high-quality outputs for clients and auditors.

The role requires knowledge of UK SORP, Lux GAAP, Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and strong English communication. You will log and resolve enquiries, support audits, and collaborate with other departments to address complex issues.

Qualifications

• Relevant financial education in economics, finance, or accounting.
• More than 1 year experience in financial services or similar.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and/or audit processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review first drafts of annual and interim financial statements.
• Prepare and review reporting templates for annual and interim cycles.
• Be main contact for technical financial reporting queries.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve trial balance issues.
• Ensure compliance with UK SORP, Lux GAAP, Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
