Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Financial Reporting professional in Kraków to own the reporting process for international funds. You will prepare and review financial statements and notes, working with IFRS, US GAAP, and other standards, and collaborate with clients, auditors, and colleagues across locations.

The role requires hands-on experience with financial statements, strong accounting knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit, or related finance field.
• Hands-on experience preparing or reviewing financial statements.
• Fluent English and good communication with clients, auditors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial reporting process for international investment funds, from preparation through final review.
• Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flows) and notes.
• Work across IFRS, US GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, and Irish GAAP for various fund structures.
• Collaborate with international clients, auditors, and teams across locations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve reporting processes.
