Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist to own the fund reporting process for international clients. You will prepare and review financial statements across various GAAP frameworks and work with auditors and teams globally.

The ideal candidate has accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and fluent English. A hybrid work model is offered with ongoing professional training and qualification support.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting or auditing.
• Experience with IFRS, US GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP and Irish GAAP is preferred.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills; ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial reporting process for international funds from prep to review.
• Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flows, schedules, notes).
• Broaden expertise across IFRS, US GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP and Irish GAAP with different fund structures.
• Collaborate with international clients, auditors and colleagues across locations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and strengthen reporting processes.
