Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Planning Assistant to support high-income professional clients through the full advice process end-to-end. The role emphasizes onboarding and implementation, working closely with the adviser and the team from a remote/home-based setup.

You will manage client onboarding, oversee end-to-end implementation, and coordinate SMSF-related workflows while maintaining audit-ready files and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years SoA experience in an advice practice.
• Direct exposure to SMSF advice support and implementation is a plus.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and multi-case management.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• References required, including SMSF implementation exposure.
• Experience using AdviserLogic or XPlan.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementation: accounts/platform setup, rollovers, contributions, paperwork.

Job description

We’re seeking adetail-oriented Senior Financial Planning Assistantto supporthigh-income professional clientsthrough thefull advice process end-to-end, with a strong focus ononboarding and implementation.

You’ll be theoperational focal pointworking closely with the adviser, keeping workflows tight, deadlines met, and clients updated—while collaborating with the broader team and also working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownclient onboarding: welcome process, document collection, checklists, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
  
• Driveimplementationend-to-end: accounts/platform setup, rollovers/contributions, insurance paperwork and underwriting coordination, provider follow-ups, and implementation tracking.
  
• ProvideSMSF implementation support: coordination of SMSF-related workflows and paperwork with relevant parties (as directed by the adviser).
  
• Maintainaudit-ready files: accurate records, version control, forms, and supporting documentation.
  
• Proactive client communication and progress updates throughout.
  

Requirements

Required Experience (Must-Have)

• Minimum 3 years SoA experiencein an advice practice is required.
  
• Direct exposure to SMSF advice support and implementation(coordination and workflow execution) is a nice-to-have.
  
• Highly organised,exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and able to manage multiple cases.
  
• Able to workwithin a team and independently.
  
• References required, including at least one reference that can speak to yourSMSF implementation exposure.
  
• Experience using AdviserLogic or XPlan
  

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role —not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
  
• Use of time tracking software during work hours
  
• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
  
• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
  
• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task
  

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

1. Monthly Salary: PHP 65,000

2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

• 10 days annual leave credits
• 5 days of sick leave

5. HMO offered after 6-month probation

6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7. Annual Salary Review

8. Laptop provided after 30 days

9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

10. SHIFT TIMES: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
