Job summary

Lundbeck Krakow is seeking a BA Financial Controller, A2R to ensure quality of accounting, controlling, compliance, and tax reporting across the business area. You will lead daily tasks of a ~60-strong Accounting and Reporting team, oversee processes, and partner with the Finance Team Manager on tactical and strategic decisions.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, IAS tax expertise, and fluency in English, with SAP and BW/BI skills valued; expected to deliver accurate financial data for entities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and Taxation.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience with preparing financial statements under IFRS and local standards.
• Experience in tax accounting and reporting.
• Technology: SAP, BW/BI (AfO), MS Office.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of accounting, controlling, compliance and tax reporting processes.
• Oversee daily tasks of the A2R team and initiate operational actions.
• Consult tactical and strategic decisions with the Finance Team Manager.
