Job summary

Eurofins NSC in Poland seeks a Financial Controller with accounting expertise to strengthen the team and support multiple legal entities. You will review accounting and reporting for Polish laws, implement group policies, prepare local statutory reporting, and cooperate with auditors and tax authorities.

You will also contribute to management reporting and group finance projects in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Higher Education Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• International professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and Polish (C1/C2).
• Experience in international, fast-moving business environments.
• Strong communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Review and support financial accounting and reporting to ensure compliance with Polish accounting and tax laws in liaison with the SSC.
• Implement the Eurofins Group accounting policies and review monthly Group reporting (IFRS).
• Prepare local statutory reporting (Polish Accounting Act) and cooperate with auditors during annual statutory reporting audit.
• Support statutory, tax and statistical reporting (US, GUS, NBP).
• Cooperate with tax advisor.
• Participate in Group Finance projects and improvement initiatives.
• Support management reporting.

Job Description

• Review and support financial accounting and reporting to ensure compliance with Polish accounting and tax laws in liaison with the SSC.

• Previous experience in an Accountancy or Controlling / Finance Business Partnerrole in international and fast-moving business environment.
• Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization.
