Job summary

Eurofins is strengthening its operational budget and KPI control processes in Katowice. The role focuses on collecting, consolidating, and reporting metrics such as TAT, productivity, and ESG across Europe.

You will design reports, ensure data quality, and provide frontline support to laboratories on metrics concepts and analysis. Key duties include data consolidation, action plan follow-ups, and ad hoc reporting, with emphasis on English communication and collaboration across diverse

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in data management and reporting.
• Very good command of English.
• Good overall computer skills, especially MS Excel.
• Database content analysis ability.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• SQL/VBA scripting and Power BI skills would be an asset, but not a must.

• Assist in designing reports, preparing data used in strategic projects
• Tracking of any changes to data and reporting templates
• Writing procedures and stabilizing reporting processes.

• Effective communication, mostly in English, and cooperation with a broad range of internal stakeholders as Functional Leads, Local Controllers, or Business Unit Managers.

Job Description

Eurofins is strengthening its operational budget & KPI control process. The candidates will need to execute the processes, gather the identified metrics (such as TAT, productivity, price evolution, sales performance, carbon footprint, ESG, quality KPIs, etc.) as per existing reporting processes, assess data quality and ensure alignment of reported information with latest requests and templates, consolidate the data gathered to derive recommendations, consolidate and follow-up on action plans with colleagues throughout Europe.

The candidates will be assigned some specific metrics to take over, and will progressively be expected to analyze the data and provide front-line support to the different laboratories regarding metrics concepts, extraction, and analysis.
