Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is hiring for an RtR finance role in Poland. You will prepare financial statements, post to general ledger, manage fixed assets, and participate in month-end close.

This role offers collaboration with international teams, process improvement projects, and a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate has a finance-related bachelor degree, SSC/BPO experience is a plus, strong Excel skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in finance, preferably in BPO/SSC.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and periodic reports.
• Postings in general ledger and fixed assets register.
• Consolidation and balance confirmations in group companies.
• Contribute to month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Create and update process documentation.
• Prepare audit documentation and participate in process projects.
• Collaborate with other departments and trading partners.

Job Description

• In the RtR department you will be responsible for: preparation of financial statements / periodic reports; making postings in the general ledger, keeping a register of fixed assets, accruals, etc.; reconciliation of the balance of the general ledger with auxiliary journals; consolidation and confirmation of balances and transactions in group companies
• Participation in activities related to month end closing process
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Creating and updating process documentation
• Preparation of documentation for audit purposes
• Participation in projects improvement existing processes
• Active cooperation with other departments, company units and trading partners
• Opportunity to participate in knowledge transferring projects from other European company locations

Qualifications

• At least bachelor degree (Finance, Accounting or related)
• Experience in finance area, within BPO/SSC is an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good English skills
• Diligence, reliability, good organization skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Willing to develop in an international company
• Energy and drive to succeed
