Job summary
TSMG is seeking Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technicians to maintain electric and autonomous fleets across Europe, ensuring safety, uptime and readiness for robotaxi operations. You will diagnose, repair, validate EV/ADAS systems, and support software updates and high‑voltage safety procedures.
Collaborating with AV Operations Leads, depot teams, and engineering, you will help minimize downtime, oversee shift activities, and contribute to fleet reliability in a fast-paced mobility environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
- Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills.
- Good understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and safety protocols.
- English at least upper-intermediate.
Responsibilities
- Maintain electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi operations.
- Perform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms, ADAS, and autonomous systems.
- Repair and replace components, validate safety and uptime.
- Lead shifts when required and mentor junior technicians.
- Ensure fleet readiness and accurate maintenance records.
