Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. Training is provided, and candidates with strong driving records and situational awareness are encouraged to apply.

Successful operators will monitor self-driving systems, intervene when necessary, and help scale operations across multiple European cities while following safety procedures and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV) and drug/alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system while aware of surrounding traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes in compliance with local traffic regulations and company operating procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe, consistent operation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment readiness.
• Verify vehicle cleanliness and inspect cameras, sensors, mirrors, lighting, and other critical systems before each shift.
• Report damage or maintenance concerns to depot and technical teams.
• Ensure vehicles remain available for daily operations.
• Record disengagements and events using company reporting tools.
• Provide structured feedback on vehicle behavior, traffic conditions, and unusual scenarios.
• Document situations to help engineers improve autonomous systems.
• Maintain accurate operational records and required documentation.
• Follow all procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and safety refreshers.
• Maintain professionalism during testing and robotaxi operations.
• Support continuous improvement for safety and efficiency.
