Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of autonomous vehicle systems across Europe. You will work with engineers, depot teams, and operations to ensure SDS functionality and safe deployment.

The role emphasizes diagnostics, hardware validation, software updates, and sensor calibration in modern ADS platforms, with opportunities to influence robotaxi operations across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or related fields.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configurations, and validation checks of the SDS.
• Calibrate sensors and validate the self‑driving system after maintenance or updates.
• Provide on-site technical findings to engineering and operations teams.
• Maintain documentation of diagnostics, repairs, and calibration activities.
